I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet and safe location, right in the center of a vibrant town. The staff were exceptional, always willing to help and make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided excellent views. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lush gardens and stunning paintings. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and served with attention to detail.

the location was perfect, just a short walk to the start of the safari and close to many tour agencies. Our room was always clean and came with fresh towels and water every day.

The hot water system was unreliable as it rarely provided a hot shower, only warm at best, and required leaving the tap running for over 10 minutes.

The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our romantic escape memorable. They offered us a free tour of the nearby village, showed us the best places to watch the wildlife, and provided us with transport to and from the safari start. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed peaceful nights in a quiet location that was still close enough to all the action.

There was no phone in the room to communicate with the staff, which meant we had to walk to the reception every time we needed something. Also, powercuts were a bit of a nuisance, and there was no backup generator to help during those times. Nonetheless, the amazing service and location more than made up for these minor inconveniences. we highly recommend this hotel for a romantic and adventurous getaway.
